Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is successfully delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, certificates, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.


2. Products Eligible for Return

Eligible products generally include:

  • Women’s Clothing
  • Kurtis
  • Suits
  • Fashion Apparel
  • Artificial Jewellery (subject to hygiene inspection)
  • Selected Fashion Accessories
  • Eligible Healing & Vastu Products (if unopened and unused)

Eligibility may vary depending on the product category.


3. Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, customization, or other operational reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Products used or worn after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after the return window expires
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Free gifts or promotional items

VKS1 Mart reserves the right to determine return eligibility after inspecting the returned product.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective product,
  • an incorrect product,
  • or a product with missing parts,

please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may affect the processing of your claim.

6. Return Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after being received at our warehouse.

The inspection verifies:

  • Product condition
  • Original packaging
  • Original tags
  • Accessories
  • Signs of usage
  • Damage after delivery

VKS1 Mart reserves the right to approve or reject a return based on the inspection results.

The inspection decision shall be final.


7. Refund Process

Once your returned product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

If the original payment method is unavailable, VKS1 Mart may offer an alternative refund method where legally permitted.


8. Refund Timeline

After approval:

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
  • The actual credit timeline depends on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or UPI provider.

VKS1 Mart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after the refund has been initiated.


9. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Replacement (subject to availability)

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, VKS1 Mart may offer:

  • Refund (where applicable)
  • Store Credit
  • Alternative Product

10. Return Shipping

Where applicable:

  • VKS1 Mart may arrange return pickup depending on service availability.
  • In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Customers should securely package returned products to avoid transit damage.

Return shipping instructions will be provided by Customer Support.


11. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed according to our refund timelines.


12. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers may instead request a return after successful delivery, provided the product qualifies under this policy.


13. Promotional Offers

If an order includes:

  • Free gifts
  • Promotional items
  • Bundle discounts
  • Buy One Get One offers
  • Combo offers

the customer may be required to return all promotional items associated with that order to qualify for a refund.

Failure to return promotional items may result in deduction of their applicable value from the refund amount.


14. Partial Returns

If only part of an order is returned:

  • Refunds will be calculated only for eligible returned products.
  • Shipping charges, promotional discounts, or other applicable deductions may be adjusted accordingly.

15. Orders Refused at Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

  • Return shipping charges,
  • logistics costs, or
  • other operational expenses

may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (if offered) or future purchases.


16. Healing, Gemstone & Vastu Products

Healing bracelets, gemstones, crystals, and vastu-related products sold by VKS1 Mart are offered based on traditional, cultural, spiritual, or personal beliefs.

Refund or return requests will not be accepted solely because the customer did not experience the expected spiritual, emotional, financial, relationship, educational, or personal outcome.

These products are not guaranteed to produce specific results.


17. Non-Refundable Charges

The following may be non-refundable where applicable:

  • Shipping charges
  • Express delivery charges
  • Gift wrapping charges
  • Convenience fees
  • Payment gateway charges (where legally permissible)
  • Other optional service charges

18. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and maintain fair business practices, VKS1 Mart reserves the right to reject return or refund requests involving suspected:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • False damage reports
  • Excessive returns
  • Product swapping
  • Missing items
  • Misuse of promotional offers
  • Abuse of return policies
